Payment

Payment Method: Paypal.

Immediate full payments:

The sketch will be made as requested and once approved by the client, payment will be made in full before the model is rendered. (The 15% corresponding to the reservation will be deducted from this total amount).

Split payments:

The sketch will be made as requested and after being approved by the client, payment will be made 50% before the model is rendered and the remaining 50% after rendering. (The 10% corresponding to the reservation will be deducted from this total amount).

Bookings

The booking fee will be 10% of the total price of the chosen model (bust up, half body or full body), and only 85% will be charged at the end of the project.
Ex: if the value of the model chosen is 125$, the reservation will cost 18.75$, and only the remaining 106.25$ will be charged when the model project is started.

the value of the reservation:

The booking fee is a form of commitment between the client and the artist so that there is responsibility for the time that has been booked on the artist's list, which, in the event of cancellations, will not suffer as much.
Atention: If the project is canceled after the reservation has been made, there will be no refund of the reservation fee.

Additional Values

Will be subject to additional fees (over and above the base prices proposed):

  • Complex changes: changes that take up a lot of the time needed to complete the project previously approved in the sketch;

  • External elements: elements that are not part of the base model such as more than one facial expression, large objects, repeated objects (only the others will be charged additionally).

Notes:

  • For full-body models, I will make an exception of making one (not very large) external element free of charge;

  • Simple changes such as the color of small elements or large objects that do not require complex changes to the object itself, changes of position (which do not include complex changes to the object itself) or other types of changes that the artist deems to be simple, will not be charged.

Refunds

No refunds.

Process of Creation

It is the client's responsibility to remain active on their preferred network to keep in touch with the artist during the creation process, especially during the making of the sketch, where changes (including complex ones) will be made.

note:

The changes subject to additional charges mentioned above do not apply to the creation of the sketch, they will only be applied after the model has been rendered.

How to Contact me for Projects

  • Call me via the e-mail or twitter address indicated on the previous page;

  • Let me know in the message the type of model you want (bust up, half body or full body);

  • Bring references of the features you want to be part of your model (such as hair references, skin shape or tone, among others) including possible extras.

note:

It's important that you keep in mind if you're going to ask for any extras, because depending on how complex they are, they will affect my delivery times and consequently your timeframe for receiving the model.

Artist's Rights

  • I retain all copyright to my work and may use it as a means of boosting sales and/or self-promotion;

  • You can't claim the art as your own;

  • I can use rejected sketches in future projects;

  • As an artist i have the full right to refuse any project for any reason whatsoever.

Client's Rights

  • Any further publication or use of the model is at the client's discretion, with the sole requirement to credit the work to me;

  • With regard to commercial use, i.e. using the work for one's own profit, this is permitted because the 2D models already include the commercial use fee in their total value;

  • If there is a request to keep the model private for specific dates or premieres, please let us know in advance;

  • In cases where the client requests total privacy of the model for any reason, a fee will be charged as the artist cannot use them for self-promotion.

I draw

  • Any physical characteristics (female/male or androgynous);

  • Any kind of race, sexuality or body shape;

  • Some animal features (like a tail or ears) but not furries;

  • Light NSFW (please read the comment below).

about light NSFW or more explicit art 🔞:

This type of art will be subject to additional charges and, depending on the amount the client is willing to pay as an additional charge, I will make exceptions for slightly more explicit art. It is up to the artist to decide whether or to what extent these exceptions will be made.

I don't draw

  • Hate art;

  • Any implicit or explicit apology for movements that disrespect human rights;

  • Any implicit or explicit apologies that incite the fetishization of vulnerable groups. Ex: sexualization of child elements.

  • Furries;

  • Imitations of other artist's works;

  • Art that is extremely out of my standards or that I consider to be extremely complex.
